Alana and Alyssa
Alana De La Garza is an amazing actress who is leaving a mark on the tiny screen. The parents of De La Garza were from Ireland and Mexico. Her birthplace was in Ohio's Columbus on the 26th of December, 1976. Her move to Texas to pursue an occupation as a physical therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for very long, and she soon relocated in Orlando Florida, where she took on a number of roles as an actor including independent local commercials and films. Despite her small roles, she discovered her passion to act. After moving from New York, in 2001 she landed her first role as an actor on All My Children. She had minor roles on JAG the Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men during the first half of 2000. In 2004, her first major series was on The Mountain. De La Garza had the privilege of working alongside some amazing TV actors, including Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggeggi. The character she's most remembered for was the A.D.A. character in Law & Order (2006). Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. Then she joined the shorter-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. De La Garza has been nominated several times for her character, among them Best Supporting Actress in Television from the Imagen Foundation Awards. In 2008, she was awarded an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza, in a recurring cast role in CSI Miami was announced a few minutes later. She played Marisol Delko and wife to David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. In the NBC's dramatic, dark show Do No Harm she played the character of Dr. Lena Solis. After a couple of episodes the show was canceled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger sister is Cory and is Italian through heritage. Her family was very strict and spiritual one. Milano began her profession at the age of seven, when her babysitter took her along to a stage audition. Her audition was in the top 1000 applicants. Milano was chosen as one of just four girls. Milano is featured in TV commercials, off Broadway productions and the American debut of Jane Eyre.
